NSIA and Career Café  

本周，一队来自职业咖啡学校的师生来到位于Symonds大街100号的新西兰北岸酒店管理学院参加学术交流活动。
This week saw a fantastic group from Career Café (an Auckland based hospitality training and recruitment institution) visit the NSIA premises at 100 Symonds Street for a workshop extravaganza.


教师Paul Hill展示了使用美味食材制作无酒精鸡尾酒的精彩过程，同时，Fabio的咖啡现场教学吸引了所有人驻足观看。之后，大家下楼进入Orange餐厅，餐厅经理兼培训顾问Yamali带领大家在严格布置的餐桌旁就座用餐。
Tutor Paul Hill showcased the excitement of mocktail making with some delicious results while barista training with Fabio kept everyone on their toes. Downstairs in Orange, restaurant manager and training assessor Yamali took the group through the rigours of table setting for fine dining.

在实践研讨会之后，所有参加者都受邀来到Orange餐厅享用美味的、3道菜的午宴。
After completing their workshops all participants were invited to a delicious, 3-course lunch at Orange Restaurant.
