几乎没有什么食物比派更能形象地代表新西兰人，在本周的新西兰Bakels最佳派奖比赛中，来自新西兰北岸酒店管理学院的Tim Aspinall将负责选出最佳派。
There are few foods more iconically Kiwi than a pie and NSIA's own Tim Aspinall is in charge of choosing the best this week at the Bakels NZ Supreme Pie Awards.
本次比赛将对5000份派进行分析、评判，当然还要品尝，目的是在12个不同类别中评选出全国最佳派，包括肉馅和肉酱类别、牛排和肉酱类别、美味水果类别、素食类别和精品咖啡类别等。
Almost 5000 pies will be analysed, evaluated and, of course, tasted, in an effort to find the nation's best across 12 different categories including mince & gravy, steak & gravy, gourmet fruit, vegetarian and cafe boutique.
作为主厨评委主席，Tim的工作是在比赛进入品尝环节前，通过评判派的外观进行筛选！
As Chief Judge Chef Tim's job is to help narrow the field on looks alone before the pies go on to the taste testing portion of the event!
本大赛已经举办到第18届。
