我们向新西兰酒店管理学院参赛团队的学生和教练们表示祝贺，恭喜他们在最近举办的国家烹饪大赛中取得了优异的成绩。
Congratulations to the NSIA Team, students and trainers, all of whom did so very well in the recent National Culinary Fare competition.
参赛团队共揽下26枚奖牌…7枚金牌，11枚银牌和8枚铜牌。另外还获得许多优胜奖（Merit awards）。
The team came away with a whopping 26-medal haul ... seven golds, 11 silvers and eight bronzes. As well as a host of Merit awards.
在享誉世界的Nestle Toque d'Or大奖赛中，新西兰北岸酒店管理学院（NSIA）是今年唯一受邀参赛的私立培训学院，参赛团队共荣获一枚金牌和两枚铜牌。 “Toque”作为为期三天的大赛庆祝活动的一部分，广为参赛者们熟知，今年是新西兰酒店管理学院首次受邀参加。
In the prestigious Nestle Toque d'Or, and as the only PTE invited to compete this year, the team scored one gold and two bronze. The 'Toque,' as it is known amongst competitors, was held as part of the three-day Fare celebrations and this was the first time NSIA had been invited to participate.
经过数月的准备和数周的训练，最终的比赛将烹饪大赛推向高潮。
The Culinary Fare is the culmination of months of preparation and weeks of intensive training.
虽然未参赛的学生没能观看到团队现场操作（也错过了品尝美食的机会！），但他们也会为赛场上表现出色的同学们感到非常骄傲。
Those not involved in the competition will certainly miss watching the team practice (and tasting the results!) and are extremely proud of their fellow students.
